Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days after receiving the item.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags (if any) attached.

Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as accessories, innerwear, or beauty products may not be eligible for return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the wrong item was sent.
